We are still completely shit at social media… we really tried with this photo – still looks pretty crap. The delicate baron asian slaw in the background looks like a French bulldog got too it whilst mum was pouring her 3rd Pino.
Anyway – it’s a beef short rib it’s smoked it’s sitting on Kumera chips and it’s covered with Jackie’s bangn rack hot sauce – it’s kinda Asian kinda not… it’s pretty shit hot 🔥
