Started as a bit of a joke – ended up with a cult following – is now one of biggest selling burgers…
We grind black Angus brisket 70 % with 30 % rind on thick cut bacon – Thick pickles (yes we make them and they are made from cucumbers)
Truffle aioli – that wicked pink sauce – (yes we make all our own sauces) shredded ice berg lettuce because ice berg lettuce – finished with sharp red cheddar….
